All in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days from the day your order is placed, unless otherwise noted. A tracking number will be provided to you through email. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we sure do! Simply select “FREE Store Pickup” at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. This email will usually be sent within 1 day of your purchase, but please wait until you receive your email before coming to the shop to pick up your items. Our store address is 21 East Main Street, Mount Sterling, KY 40353. Southern Princess & Southern Boys is located inside Southern Queens Boutique. Apple Maps and Google Maps can provide you with directions to our shop.

USPS tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Southern Princess Children's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any delays with USPS shipping or products that are lost or damaged in the mail are the responsibility of USPS. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your order shows delivered by USPS but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package, or file a claim.

How much is shipping? 

Our desire is to keep shipping as affordable as possible for you! 

$3.50 for Standard delivery on orders up to $10.99

$5.00 for Standard delivery on orders $11.00 up to $49.99

$8.00 for Priority (Expedited 2-4 day delivery) on orders $50 up to $99

Orders of $100 or more will receive FREE shipping!
