RETURNS

• All returns must be made in-store within 14 days of purchase.
• Tags must be attached, and a receipt must be presented at the register.
• Items cannot be returned if they have been washed, worn, or smell of pets/smoke.
• If all of these terms are met, the customer will receive an exchange or store credit.
• We do not give cash back for any returnable items!
• If you cannot bring your items to the store, you may ship it back to us within the 14 day period. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

**Items that cannot be returned include: swimwear, shoes, personalized items, undergarments, holiday items, clearance, or special order items such as pre-orders.
